By creating an account or using TimoDesk in any way, you agree to these Terms.

1. What TimoDesk Provides

TimoDesk is a cloud-based time-tracking and team-monitoring software. The Service includes the website dashboard, desktop apps, mobile apps, and any related tools we provide to help teams track work hours, activities, attendance, productivity, and project time information.

We may improve, change, or update the Service at any time, and some features or policies may be added or removed.

2. Account Registration

To use TimoDesk, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials safe
  • Ensuring only authorized people access your dashboard
  • All activity performed under your account

If you invite team members, you confirm you have the right and permission to monitor their working activity using TimoDesk.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Free Trial

New customers may receive a 15-days free trial with access to premium features.

No pre-payment is required during the trial.

When the trial ends, continued use of the Service requires purchasing a monthly subscription.

If no subscription is activated after the trial, the account may be paused or limited until a plan is purchased.

4. Subscription and Billing

TimoDesk is billed monthly, in advance, based on the number of users in your workspace.

By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Allow automatic monthly charges until you cancel
  • Keep your payment method active and valid

All fees are listed in USD (unless stated otherwise) and do not include any applicable taxes or VAT. If there are any tax or VAT obligations, clients are responsible for handling or paying them directly. Please note that our service charges are VAT excluded; you are required to pay any applicable VAT or taxes to your local government. We are not responsible for any local tax or VAT issues.

Missed or failed payments may result in the temporary or permanent suspension or termination of the service and associated data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TimoDesk for anything unlawful or harmful.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Violating privacy or monitoring people without permission
  • Uploading harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Attempting to disrupt or bypass system security
  • Reverse-engineering or copying our software
  • Using TimoDesk to compete with our product
  • Interfering with the Service or other users
  • Violate any local or national laws.
  • Engage in activities that breach social security, labor laws, or involve any form of cybercrime.
  • Share employee or staff data publicly or on social media without their explicit consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.

6. Your Data

You own the data you add to TimoDesk.

By using the Service, you give us permission to process your data only to operate the platform — such as storing your data, syncing devices, generating reports, providing support, and improving features.

We do not sell user data.

We take standard security measures to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee perfect safety.

You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with any local labor, privacy, or monitoring laws in your region.

In the event of any cyberattack or data breach, we will not be held liable for any resulting data leaks or damages. We are not responsible for maintaining backups, and we cannot guarantee the prevention of data loss.

7. Access & Availability

We aim to keep TimoDesk available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Temporary outages may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Server issues
  • Network problems
  • Events beyond our control
  • Backup issues
  • System issues

We will always work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

8. Intellectual Property

TimoDesk, including all software, designs, branding, trademarks, and content we provide, belongs to us.

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or re-create any part of the Service without our written permission.

You also may not allow to resell or sublicense your TimoDesk account.

9. Termination

You may stop using TimoDesk at any time by canceling your subscription. Once canceled, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the Service
  • Payments fail or remain overdue
  • Your usage poses security or legal risks
  • Change of our terms or we treat you as suspicious

After termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention rules and we are unable to provide you any backups or information.

10. Limitation of Liability

TimoDesk is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • We do not guarantee the Service will meet every need or run without errors
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • We can’t guarantee of any data loss, service downtime, or any problem arise by nature or local rule maker.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 30 days of your subscription

Some regions do not allow certain limitations, so these rules may vary depending on your local laws.

11. Pornography Rules

TimoDesk must not be used to create, distribute, store, track, or manage any pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-oriented content.

You may not use the Service to monitor, record, or track activity related to the creation or handling of such content.

Any account found engaging in prohibited adult-content activity may be suspended or terminated without notice.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TimoDesk is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

We do not make any promises or warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Performance
  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Data loss

13. Promotions, Waivers and Use of Coupons

From time to time, TimoDesk may offer discounts, promotions, coupons, or special pricing.

All promotional offers are:

  • Limited-time
  • Non-transferable
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Subject to the terms of each specific promotion

TimoDesk may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Failure to enforce a promotional rule does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

TimoDesk is designed to work with modern devices, and operating systems. We do not guarantee compatibility with outdated or unsupported environments.
