Widgets & Filter Overview

The Monthly Timesheet page starts with a set of summary widgets and a month-based filter that together provide a quick, high-level understanding of team activity before you dive into the detailed timesheet table.

Month Navigation & Filter

At the top of the page, you can select the target month using the month dropdown or navigate using the previous/next arrows.

Changing the month instantly refreshes all widgets and the timesheet table below, ensuring that every metric reflects only the selected month’s data.

This allows you to:

  • Review past months for payroll, reporting, or audits.
  • Compare productivity trends month over month.
  • Focus on a single billing or performance cycle without mixing data.
Summary Widgets (At a Glance)

The widgets act as a compact performance snapshot for the selected month:

  • Month Days
Displays the total number of calendar days in the selected month. This provides context when evaluating total and average working time.
  • Total Time
Represents the cumulative tracked work hours of all members combined for the month. This is especially useful for understanding overall workload and billing volume.
  • Average Time
Shows the average daily working time per member across the month, helping you gauge consistency and workload balance.
  • Average Activity
Indicates the average activity percentage for the month, reflecting how actively members worked during their tracked time (based on activity signals).
Why This Section Matters

Together, the filter and widgets allow you to:

  • Instantly understand monthly productivity without scanning rows.
  • Validate whether total hours and activity align with expectations.
  • Set context before analyzing individual members or specific days.

This top section ensures you always start with clarity before moving into detailed timesheet analysis.

Timesheet Table Explanation

The Monthly Timesheet table presents a complete, day-by-day view of working hours for the selected month, organized in a clear grid format to help you quickly understand attendance and effort distribution across the team.

  • Monthly Scope
The table always reflects the currently selected month from the filter. All rows and columns update automatically when you change the month.
  • Employee List (Rows)
The leftmost column displays the list of all employees included in the report. Each row represents one member's work record for the entire month.
  • Daily Work Columns (1-31)
Each numbered column (1, 2, 3, …) corresponds to a calendar day of the month.
    • The value inside a cell shows the total hours worked by that member on that specific day.
    • Empty or lightly shaded cells indicate no tracked work on that day.
  • AVG (Average)
The AVG column shows the average daily working time for each member, calculated based on their tracked working days within the month.
  • Total
The Total column displays the sum of all tracked working hours for the entire month for each individual.
  • Worked Day
The Worked Day column indicates how many days the member was actively working (i.e., had any tracked time) during the selected month.

Overall, this table is designed to give managers and administrators a clear monthly snapshot of individual workload, consistency, and attendance - making it easy to compare performance, identify patterns, and support payroll or reporting needs.

Use of Highlighter

The Monthly Timesheet table presents a complete, day-by-day view of working hours for the selected month, organized in a clear grid format to help you quickly understand attendance and effort distribution across the team.
The Highlighter feature is designed to help you quickly identify work patterns and anomalies within the monthly timesheet by visually marking entries based on predefined time thresholds.

  • Above threshold
A time limit that represents strong or extended working hours.
  • Below threshold
A time limit that represents low or insufficient working hours.
You can define both thresholds using hours and minutes (for example, Above: 6 hours 30 minutes and Below: 5 hours 30 minutes). After setting the values, click Check Time to apply the rules.

Once applied:

  • Any daily working time greater than the “Above” value is highlighted in green, indicating high productivity or extended work.
  • Any daily working time less than the “Below” value is highlighted in red, indicating low work duration or potential underperformance.
  • Time values that fall between the two thresholds remain unmarked and appear normally.

The Highlighter does not modify data - it only enhances visibility, making monthly time analysis faster, clearer, and more actionable for managers and administrators.

Download of the Timesheet

The Download option allows you to export the Monthly Timesheet as a PDF file for offline use, reporting, or sharing purposes. By clicking the Download button from the top-right corner of the page, the system generates a PDF containing the currently selected month’s timesheet data.
The downloaded PDF includes the full table view with employee names, daily working hours, averages, total time, worked days, and applied highlights (if any). This ensures the exported file reflects exactly what you see on the screen, making it suitable for documentation, audits, payroll reviews, or management reporting.
