Screenshot Analysis

The Screenshot Analysis page helps organizers and managers review a team member’s workday visually by displaying captured screenshots, activity levels, and app usage insights for a selected date. It is designed to make monitoring fast and structured - so you can quickly understand when a member was active, what they worked on, and how their time was spent.

By default, the page shows one member and one specific date, with screenshots grouped by time blocks and captured in Every 10 Min mode. You can change the date, switch the capture interval (if available), and filter screenshots to focus on what you need - such as all screenshots, specific hours, or a particular team member.

  • Each block displays:
    • Time range (e.g., 10:00 AM – 10:09 AM)
    • Screenshot availability
    • Tracked time
    • Activity percentage
All Screenshots Mode

This mode shows every captured screenshot without grouping them into time blocks.

How it works:
  • Screenshots are displayed chronologically within each hourly time slice.
  • No 10-minute segmentation is applied.
  • Each screenshot shows:
    • Exact capture time
    • Visual activity snapshot
