Referral Code

• You can edit or customize your referral code.
• Allowed characters include letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores.
• Code length must follow the system-defined limit. 3-32 characters
• After editing, click Save to apply changes.

The referral code becomes part of your referral link and helps identify referrals associated with your account.

Referral Link

• The referral link is automatically generated using your referral code.
• You can copy the link with one click.
• This link can be shared via email, social media, websites, or direct messages.

When someone visits this link, they are redirected to the TimoDesk signup process with your referral attached.

How Referrals Join Using the Link

When a new organization signs up through your referral link:

• They complete the standard TimoDesk registration process.
• Their organization is automatically tagged as referred by you.
• They can start using TimoDesk normally (trial or free usage, if applicable).

No additional action is required from you during the signup phase.

Key points to note:

• Commission is counted once per referred organization.
• Free or trial usage does not generate commission.
• Repeated payments from the same organization do not count again.

This ensures fairness and prevents duplicate rewards.

The referred organizations section displays:

• The organization name
• The date they joined TimoDesk
• Your commission status (if applicable)

If no referrals have been made yet, this section will display a No Referred Organization Found message.
