Time Calendar Overview

The Time Calendar provides a monthly visual summary of tracked work time across projects. It helps organizers and managers quickly understand daily productivity, project distribution, and workload patterns.

Calendar Layout

  • The calendar is displayed in a monthly grid format.
  • Each row represents one week and contains 7 day cards (Sunday to Saturday).
  • Each page always displays 6 weeks, even if the month does not fully require them.
  • This results in a total of 42 day cards (6 × 7) per calendar view.
  • Each date displays:
    • Total tracked time for that day
    • Number of projects worked on
  • Future dates are disabled and cannot be interacted with.
  • The colorful card represents current date.

Month Navigation

  • Use the Previous Month and Next Month buttons to move between months.
  • You can only navigate to:
    • Past months
    • The current month
  • Future months remain inaccessible until time data exists.

Member Filter

  • The Member Filter (top-right) allows you to:

    • View time data for all members
    • Filter the calendar by a specific member
  • When filtered, all daily totals update based on the selected member only.

Daily Project Breakdown

Clicking on a Projects button opens a detailed modal showing:

  • Project name
  • Tracked time per project
  • Daily total time (summarized at the bottom)

This helps you quickly understand how time was distributed across projects on a specific day.

The Time Calendar helps you:

  • Monitor daily and monthly work patterns.
  • Compare workload across different days.
  • Understand project involvement trends.
  • Quickly access detailed project time data for any date.

It acts as a high-level productivity and time-distribution view for your organization.
