Performance Type Selector

You can switch between different performance metrics:

• Time & Activity
  Displays performance using both tracked working time and activity level. This mode provides the most balanced view of productivity by combining how long someone worked with how actively they worked during that time.
• Time Only
  Shows performance based purely on tracked working hours. Activity percentage is ignored in this mode, making it ideal for reviewing attendance, logged hours, or total effort regardless of activity intensity.
• Activity Only
  Focuses exclusively on activity levels. This mode is useful when you want to evaluate engagement, focus, or work intensity without considering total working time.

Once a performance type is selected, all lists, summaries, and calculations update instantly to reflect the chosen metric. This allows you to compare productivity from different perspectives without leaving the page or applying additional filters.

Date Range Filter

Use the date picker to analyze performance for a specific time period:

• Today
• Last 7 Days
• This Month / Last Month
• Custom Date Range

All rankings and calculations update according to the selected range.

You can export performance data for reporting or analysis:

• Export as PDF
  Useful for sharing reports with management or clients.
• Export as CSV
  Ideal for further analysis in spreadsheets or external tools.

Exports respect the selected filters and date range.
